In this time and in this space, in this moment of Now, I am not alone and I am not afraid.

我是被愛、受到保護，且被神聖所擁抱的！
I am loved and protected and embraced by the Divine.

我全然的臣服於賜予我的神聖、偉大的到來與流動，
I surrender to the wholeness of what is to come and flow with the Greatness that is bestowed upon me.

在這人生的旅程中我帶著勇氣，我踏出的每一步都聽從著我的心。我是受到引導的， 我接收到了每個當下我所收到的每個字和每個力量，我將它們吸入內在。
I am courageous in this journey of life and in my every step I listen to my heart. I am guided, I receive and every word, every strength I gain in each moment, I breathe into me.

就如地球一般，我穩穩地立於自我力量之中、我的心智如天空一般的清澈、我的心如海洋般的廣闊，我的道路沒有障礙，我是自由的！
I stand in my power like the Earth, my mind is clear like the sky, my heart vast as the ocean, no  obstacles in my way, I am Free.

我全然地活出如實的我和我選擇的自己，以此創造我所欲求的。
I am free to be Who I Am and Who I Choose to Be, to Create that which I desire.

我是光，光芒就如壯麗太陽般的明亮四射。
I am the Light, the Rays like the radiant of the Glorious Sun.

我所有的門是敞開的，我的道路引領著我前進，以及我道路上的每一步，我活出了全然的自己！
My doors are open, my path leads me forward and in every step of my way, and I live to my fullest!
